Response Code: 500 error

    Hello, I am trying to backup my website with XCloner and I am getting this error just before it finishes the backup? Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix it please?

    Hello,

    That seems to be a a server error, in order to see what’s wrong, I’d suggest you to check your server error logs and see what’s recorded in there when that issue happens.

    Hello and thank you for taking the time to get back to me.

    I have been having problems with this server I am on of late. So I think it’s best to switch hosts especially after you letting me know it’s a server issue.
