Hi and thanks for fast response. https://worldupdates.co.uk

You are using a different kind of page cache, so how can you be helped?

Just Now i downloaded other plugin because litespeed wasnt working…

Okay, you still need help or are you happy with other plugin?

    Thread Starter zimiss

    (@zimiss)

No , i am not happy with both… i made a question and you didnt response me what could be wrong , i had only your plugin, and speed didnt improved , image optimization never worked or anything ..

You told me the problem is the other plugin but and before what was only litespeed i had many problems…

Okay, please understand that we only can give support to LScache plugin and not to 3rd party plugins, but that should be self-explanatory.

If you complain about insufficient speed, then that’s relative. When it comes to load time, there is the perceived load time, the load time that Google Pagespeed believes it wants to measure and the actual load time. So what loading time are you talking about?

Just for your information: Google Pagespeed does not measure loading time!

About load time , the Time it takes for the page to load … also can i restore the settings?

You should know that this kind of loading time can’t be reproduced, because this kind of loading time depends on the location where your website is requested from. The greater the distance between your server and the user’s location, the longer the loading time. Are you aware of this? Does that matter to you?

Okk thank you for the information, but then why there is gtmetrix and other sites that you can see the results of your websites? i have tried other plugins that helped in results..

If you talk about GTmetrix your interest is more about how Google Pagespeed measures loading time, because GTmetrix metrics ara almost the same with Google PageSpeed.

You have to know that neither Google PageSpeed nor any other test page measures the loading time. They all measure the “display time” only. The display time is the time it takes how long it takes to display a fully rendered website, but doesn’t consider how long it takes to download all sources to display a completely rendered website. That means you can have a XXL fast server, but without any optimizations and you get a low score. That also means that you can have a $5 shared hosting with endless loading time, but with a maximum of optimizations and your page will be scored up to 100 PageSpeed points.

Again, which one do you prefer? A loading time that considers fast loading at all whithout any limitations of any test page or PageSpeed or do you prefer only to get a max high score. Again, an optimized page is not a fast loading page!

Ok thank you for your informations, so is diferent the loading page and the score of websites that test your website like gtmetrix? .. But what is the best and what developers want? There are many tutorials to get good score..

What litespeed do ? and can i reset the settings ?

But what is the best and what developers want? There are many tutorials to get good score..

To expand your understanding a bit, it is not enough to just optimize a website to get a high score at PageSpeed & Co. As I have already tried to explain to you, neither PageSpeed nor GTmetrix measures the actual loading time, but rather focus on the display time and the time for the actual loading of the sources is almost completely ignored. If it takes 10 seconds or more for all sources to load, then that doesn’t help you or your visitors very much if the display time is only 1 second. It ended up being 11 seconds, but most of the test sites don’t take that into account.

When it comes to optimization, it’s about 2 things. On the one hand, to load all sources quickly, especially the main document, and to optimize the loading behavior of static sources such as CSS, JS, images, etc. You therefore need a page cache and optimization of the static sources to ultimately reduce the loading time AND the improve display time.

With the LScache plugin you get both and on a level that no other optimization plugin can. And of course you can undo all settings!

Ok thanks , how can restore the settings?

Disable what you have enabled or if you disable the plugin all changes are gone.
