    Hello,

    In last two version, it seems prevent input more that one tracking number if there are more than one items in the one order:

    The “add” button will show is not clickable, and the second one tracking can not be added.

    It would be great if you can fix the issue.

    This is Lawely from Parcel Panel.

    From the screenshot you sent, it seems that you’ve already fulfilled this item, that’s why you can’t add the tracking number for it.

    Our system determines the maximum deliverable quantity by the total quantity of items in the order.

    e.g. If you receive an order #1234 with with 5 items:

    T-shirt x 2
    Beanie x 3

    If you ship the T-Shirts and the Beanie as a set, each set in a package:

    • Fulfill?1
      • Tracking number: 123456789
      • T-shirt x 1
      • Beanie x 2
    • Fulfill?2
      • Tracking number: 987654321
      • T-shirt x 1
      • Beanie x 1

    At this point, you have fulfilled all items.

    Our system will automatically recognize that you have no more items to fulfilled, which means you can not add more tracking numbers.

    But I only input one tracking number actually, so how to fix the issue?

    May I know if you’re using other tracking apps for fulfilling orders? If so, you will need to remove those tracking numbers added by them, then you will be able to add it with our plugin.

    If possible, you can contact us via the live chat to communicate with us in real time so that we can confirm more information with you to locate the cause of the problem.
