Product_name contains acf user_{user_ID} fieldname

Hello, I have users who are interested in specific products in my webshop. I have created an acf field in the user profile where they can indicate which product they are interested in. I want to use this field with the condition that if a new published product contains the product name in the acf field, then send a notification. Is this possible to do?

{product_name} contains {acf user_{user_ID} fieldname}
