Background image error – exit intent popup

When I attempt to replace the background image in the exit intent popup, the new image will not appear citing the following: The image “data:image/png;base64,PGh0bWw+DQo8aGVhZD48dGl0bGU+NDAxIEF1dGhvcml6YXRpb24gUmVxdWlyZWQ8L3RpdGxlPjwvaGVhZD4NCjxib2R5Pg0KPGNlbnRlcj48aDE+NDAxIEF1dGhvcml6YXRpb24gUmVxdWlyZWQ8L2gxPjwvY2VudGVyPg0KPGhyPjxjZW50ZXI+bmdpbng8L2NlbnRlcj4NCjwvYm9keT4NCjwvaHRtbD4NCg==” cannot be displayed because it contains errors.” The image in question only uses only Latin text in the name with no symbols or numbers.
