Sendinblue integration – Unable to rerfesh Contact Lists

‘I’ve already read the article shared, but I’m not able to retrieve the current lists of “Sendinblue List” available. Sendinblue integration with WordPress is working fine because I successfully created a Sendinblue form that allow my user to register in my newsletter and in the configuration lists are fully retrieved.

It seems that Contact 7 is not able to refresh the list. How can i do it or force it?

What do you have in the Sendinblue tab panel? You can include screenshots.

From the screenshot of the Liste page, you seem to have “2 folders and 7 lists”. The screenshot shows 6 lists in the “marketing_automation” folder. What do you have in the other folder?

the other folder was simply the default one with a standard list named “Your first list”. Currently i cleaned up it and now the situation is the following: https://www.dropbox.com/s/iglp3k25h0oseph/lists.png?dl=0

The unique list “E-book – Dentista” listed in Contact 7 module configuration doesn’t exist anymore, it was retrieved initially but now the plugin is not able to refresh the list. Can the issue be related to the “folder”?

Try switching to the default theme and deactivating all plugins excluding Contact Form 7, Classic Widgets, Site Kit by Google, and Yoast SEO.

Why you are advised to deactivate plugins and switch to the default theme.

Mmmh.

I can’t proceed because I’ll impact all the functionalities of the sites. Unfortunately is not feasible. Do you have any other options?

Somehow I am able to send CF7 data into sendinblue but if the email exists in sendinblue then its not updating with the new data.

Is that possible so what happen if i have several list in sendinblue account and if the subscriber entering data with the same email?

Some notification if sendinblue not accepting like this in their system because email exists?
