House number dissapears sometimes

    Hi,

    We have a weird issue here.

    On some orders (not all of them) the house number disappears in the ‘Versand’ section of an order. The house number does show up in the confirmation-e-mail and in the billing information.

    Have any of you encountered this issue before?

    We think it might have something to do with WC Germanized (since we run a Dutch shop as well, were this issue does not appear. WC Germanized is about the only difference).

    Reproducing the issue is hard, we’ve tested this is multiple browsers and devices, but we can’t catch up to the problem.

    Hi there,

    no, I’ve not yet made such observations. Germanized does not adjust order address data. It seems to be an issue that is caused by another plugin which might be triggered on order status events.

    Hi Dennis,

    Indeed, it appears PayPal overwrites the billingadress after payment which seems to cause the issues we’re having right now.

    Fix is underway.
