Excellent Plugin TURNED TO DISASTER

EDIT: After I upgraded, I saw that the claims of all of the emails being routed through their server instead of using our own Cron was a lie. It still had the same limits. Just now had a monthly limit instead of a daily limit, but the total monthly amount was still the same. That was zero help. I emailed support to request a refund if I still had to use my own server to send emails, and the total limit stayed the same (just didn’t limit how many per day), and I never heard back from anyone. Months later, still no response…….Fats forward to today. I can not even use the plugin, because it is sending every campaign (Post & Broadcast) many many times instead of just once. The last one sent 10 times before I killed the process by disabling the plugin and rebooting. I have tried everything I can to figure it out, even changed smtp providers, and no luck. Since I already know support here is a joke, I am walking away from it as it is making my website break (it overloads the server and makes it unresponsive) and making it look horrible to those that trusted me by joining my email list. Stay far away from these guys until they start caring about their customers.
Works perfect. I am upgrading today to get the feature that keeps bots away but I love how the free version has been so far. Only update I’d suggest is fixing what is causing the error “Form elements do not have associated labels” in Pagespeed Insights. Thanks. ??
