    Hello,

We are currently using Perfect Brands for Woocommerce on our online store for auto parts.

I have added “Filter by brand” widget to the shop, however when you enter a term in the search bar, it shows brands that are not relevant or included in the search results. Is there any way to overcome this by hiding the brands with empty values?

    Thanks

@aem129 Hi mate, could you send us a screen recording to describe your problem?

You can use the tool https://www.loom.com to easily copy/paste screencast here.

    Regards.

    Hi mate,

I think I’ve done this correctly, link below:

So, when searching for “Victor Reinz”, the only results I would expect to see on the Brands sidebar widget would be “Piper” and “Victor Reinz” as they are the only products with brands listed that contain those keywords. Is there any way to hide the other ones?

@aem129 Hello mate, I’m afraid to tell you that this search bar does not belong to our plugin nor is it related to our brand filter, nor to wordpress, for this reason we recommend you contact its support.

    Hello

I have exactly the same problem. On the Perfect Brand plugin page, I found information that there is a Widget: Filter products by brand. I thought it was this widget, because I don’t see another brand product filter on the list. Then what is Widget: Filter products by brand and how to use it?
