Conflit ShopEngine/ElementorPro

    Hi everybody,

    On my website, when I enable Elementor Pro plugin, my Shop Engine checkout page loads with an empty cart in the Order Summarize section. When Elementor Pro is desactivated, the Checkout Page shows all order related information. There’s some conflict here between Elementor Pro and Shop Engine. How could this be solved?

    Hi @elliotreplay,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The checkout page works perfectly with all of its widgets in my development environment. You can run a conflict test on your site to determine what actually causes the issue.

    To do so, first of all, switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue is still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

    If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ShopEngine, Elementor and Woocommerce and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue. In this way, you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

    If the issue still persists, Please send me a screencast of the issue. I will check the issue again and let you know the update as soon as possible.

    I Already ran a plugin conflict test

    Order Summary on checkout?page is properly displayed when:?

    – all plugins are deactivated except Woocommerce, Elementor, Elementor Pro

    Order Summary on checkout page is not displayed when:

    – all plugin are deactivated except Woocommerce, Elementor, Elementor Pro, ShopEngine 

    So ShopEngine seems to be generating a conflict, and it was not the case before previous plugin updates. 

    And also, something important:

    Order Summary on checkout page is properly displayed when:

    So ElementorPro seems to be generating a conflict here… I could deactivate?it but I lose like 80% of my layout/CSS configuration.

    Same for me with a Chronopost+elementor plugins… still no answer ??

    Hello, I have recently got this plugin a try, and of course, it works great. I am really interesting to buy a full license, so for now, I am in doubt from an issue I’ve encountered with my Elementor pro, hello theme, WooCommerce and rental plugin. The main and disappointing issue is the time when I want to modify the design of my cart page and my checkout page. I have to disable my rental plugin to let it work.

    The plugin I use is named : BRW (ovatheme booking, rental WooCommerce plugin)
