[Plugin: Custom Field Template] All Javascript not working with the version 1.7.5

Hello,

Custom field template had at some point the issue that it just killed all javascript on the admin area.

It was fixed but now all the custom field stuff I did before I updated the plugin is still killing all the javascript. But the custom fields I created after the update work perfectly.

I’ve tried to uninstall and delete the plugin but it does not help. Is there a way to uninstall the plugin all together or some way to reset everything form the databese?
