Opt out shortcode does not render iframe

  • I have shortcodes enabled and have placed the following recommended shortcode into our cookie consent pop-up

    [wp-piwik module=”opt-out” language=”en” width=”100%” height=”200px”]

    The shortcode does not render on the front end for users however and instead the space where it should be is blank.

    Please advise.
