After upgrading to 2.02 i get this warning :

DataTables warning: table id=tablepress-14 – Incorrect column count. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/18

Been testing somewhat more , i have a table from a year ago which does work as supposed.
I exported the excel file with some columns hidden, so expected that that was the problem, but after unhiding them and saving again there is no difference.
It could be there is something with the file, but it is very strange since i edit and save , nothing changing in the way i save …

Will copy the rows into a new sheet to see what that does.

No Change, also get the same error , wil import an older file now

tried all kinds of stuff , i found out that if i hide 1 of the columns in tablepress , the error dissapears , so it is something in the text that causes this issue, but what could it be ??

    further investigation tomorrow

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

Indeed, broken HTML code like that would cause this warning to be shown. Good to see that you already found this!

(Previously, there would just be a silent JavaScript error, which meant that many users didn’t even realize that there’s a problem. Now, there a visual error message.)

    Best wishes,
    Tobias
