• Every time I log in to update my site, I keep getting an error message that states Internal Service Error. I am thinking it must be related to one of my plugins, but I can’t deactivate them. If I manage to get in every time I hit the deactivate I just get redirected to the Internal Service Error message. I am not tech-savvy at all and all of the fixes I find are too confusing for me to even attempt to follow. Is there anyone from WordPress that can help me by deactivating the plugins that they think may be an issue? I am almost to the point where I think I need to figure out how to delete my site and start from scratch- if this is even possible. Thank you for any help that can be provided.

-which company are you paying for webhosting services?

-if you have access to your webhosting account it is possible to deactivate all plugins in the file manager area.
-get in touch with the support team for your webhosting account and ask them to guide you to find the file manager area to locate the WP Content folder.
-in the WP Content folder there is a folder labeled Plugins.
-if you can change the name of the folder labeled Plugins (i.e. rename the folder) it will deactivate all plugins and likley allow you to start to do more checking and narrow down the source of the error.
