    HI there,

    I am facing a issue that is Could not retrieve order plugin(Woo Commerce PayPal Payments 1.9.5) . I am unable to make payment. Please help to resolve it.

    Hi @sukhjinder1104

    There is a JavaScript error on your site that’s pointing to your theme. JavaScript errors can prevent PayPal Payments from working correctly. In this case, the button replacement?on the Checkout page fails, so there is only the “Place order” button, and not the PayPal buttons.

    This regular “Place order” button does not work and results in an error and a failed order when clicked.

    I suggest enabling the default theme Storefront and checking your Checkout page to see if the issue persists. If the PayPal smart buttons are loading with the Storefront theme, I suggest getting in touch with your theme developer.
