    Are you using a plugin to store the tracking info for the order?

    On a side note: you’re right.

    The URLs should now be something like fedex.com/fedextrack/?tracknumbers=%tracknum%&cntry_code=us

    By any chance, are you referring to the premium plugin, FedEx Shipping Method here?

    If so and you have a valid subscription with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue.

    Otherwise, if this was added thru a third-party plugin or a custom code, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
