Pending Appointments can also join the google meet video meeting from callendar

    Pending appointments are able to join video meeting by visiting google meet link provided in Calendar via email. Just want to restrict customer to join meeting after getting meeting approval. video link should only be activated after meeting approval.

    Hi,

    You can activate the option “Video Meeting link is accessible X minutes before the appointment starts” in Wappointment > Settings > Advanced

    This way only the appointments that are about to start will show it. Leaving you time to cancel appointments you didn’t confirm.

    Hi Ben, Thanks for response…

    I already tried this option but it didn’t work.

    The actual issue is –

    Whenever a User books an appointment he will get a link for a video meeting in his email even for a pending appointment.. please see below?

    In the above pic you can see that the meeting time is 3:35 PM and current time is 3:25 PM ( see task bar in pic ) but the link is still appearing whereas, link accessible option ( Settings- Advance tab ) was set as 5 min only.

    Once the user clicks on a link?from the ‘Agenda’ section he will be redirected to google calendar?where a pop is appearing along with video meet link. see below pic.

    In my opinion, google meet link should only be displayed for confirmed bookings and when appointment time comes. 

    Please suggest how we can fix this.
