“Flat Rate” Showing instead of FREE – cost still zero

    I have set up a free shipping option in the Flat Rate shipping for this store. The cost is working – set to 0, the Title of the shipping method is FREE, but shows up in the cart as Flat Rate. This is a little problem but annoying. I really want it to say FREE instead of Flat Rate. How can I set this to say either $0 or FREE?? Thanks.

    For further investigation, could you please provide a screenshot of your shipping settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping? You can upload the screenshot on https://snipboard.io tool and share the URL here.

    Please share your System Status as well. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    As per my understanding of your requirement, you can set up and enable the ‘Free Shipping‘ shipping method instead of having a Flat Rate set to 0.
