Thanks for sending the system report. Can you provide the steps made when checking WooCommerce analytics to see that discrepancy? I understand a product that is deleted is appearing (After a migration).

Can you temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except WooCommerce? Is the issue still present?
