Restrict Access To Woocommerce from specific admin user?

Is it possible to restrict all woocommerce access from a specific user?

I have a freelancer I’m working with that needs to upload a custom plugin that they’ve been working on, and then customize a few settings.

I’d like to protect customer information just to be extra secure. I trust the developer, but you never know what can happen.

I feel like there has to be something out there to accomplish this, but haven’t been able to find anything through my search.
