gtranslate menu on hover + language should slected when i enter the site

iam looking for a smart solution for custom code

iam using .switcher on click any option to add

on hover open and close ?

second part is the option code for that

is it possible to get the language wich users language it is >auto

so we dont have after that no doubble entrys!
