• Yes, you can index your multilingual content on the country of your choice because the translated have language tag + alternate URLs. Adding a sitemap per language (Linguise is integrated with all the popular sitemap format/SEO plugin)

• Yes, it’s OK to have multilingual URL with /fr /de … This is the default behavior
