Fatal error: Call to undefined function populate_options()

Fatal error: Call to undefined function populate_options() in /public_html/wp-admin/includes/upgrade.php on line 401

I finally updated to WP 3.0.1 and ran into almost all of the upgrade issues that have already been mentioned on the forums. However, I can’t find something that addresses this issue or how to solve it.

I have several other WP blogs that were updated today as well and did not hit this problem, so I’m not sure what is different about this particular blog.

I’m running the site on ImHosted.com and it’s an Apache server. It also runs php5 I believe though I don’t know much else about the server side.

Any help would be appreciated, because at this state I am stuck at the “Before we let you go, we need to update your database” screen.
