Form Action – Confirmation Mail to User

    Hi,

    I have an issue with form actions. Even though “Confirmation Mail to User” is set to off, e-mails are being sent to users after submitting a form.

    I also wonder, is there a way to edit the e-mail template? I know we can add messages for users, but I wonder if it is possible to edit the whole template?

    WordPress and all plugins are up to date. I use Fluent SMTP plugin.

    Hi @ercansafa

    We found the issue about “Confirmation Mail to User” setting. We will provide the fix in next update.

    To edit email template, you can go to site editor. Then search for contact template. Which template do you use for your site?
