Yes, that is certainly possible, and we can provide you with help on this. Actually, we already have a placeholder for the customizer, included in the Premium Templates extension, to display the total amount as words: {{spelled_out_total}}

If you get the Professional extension instead., we can also provide a code snippet to achieve the same.
