PDF download, site gets stuck

  • One of the websites I build/manage contains quite a lot of PDF files which users can download. However with SPWA the document opens like expected but there is no way back to het app. You are stuck in the document forever. How can I make the document automatically save on someones phone and a [back] button?

    Thanks for sharing the URL. Can you please check if it’s due to any conflict?
    Can you please check once by deactivating the active plugins one by one on your site and let us know back if there is any conflict?

    From the beginning i used it. However its installed not so long ago.
    We celebrated Christmas here, so I didn’t check my email regularly

    Can you please check once by changing it to default one temporirly for debugging purposes of the issue? So that we will get to know about the issue from where its happening and assist yo accoringly to resolve your issue.

    I’ve changed the theme to the default theme and the problem still excists
