    Hello,

we have two issues with undo/redo and lazy blocks:

    1. when we do a change to a lazyblock textrea and then to a core/paragraph and then we undo, the focus is set to the lb textarea, so it jumps away from core/paragraph
    2. while undos in core/paragraph are characterwise, undos in lb fields are wordwise

we tested with a default theme and it persists.

Is this known and can you help us?

    Greets

    Hey.

    1. The control focus places automatically if you are using controls in the Content. We can’t fix this behavior. I recommend you place your controls inside the Inspector.
    2. Not sure it is character-wise, most probably the RichText saves the text every 5 seconds (or every 5 characters) to the “undo/redo history”. RichText is used, for example, in the standard Paragraph block. While other controls (like Textarea), save to the history a single time per block edit.

All of this controlled by the Gutenberg itself.

    Regards, nK.

sorry for late answer by me: can you specify “The control focus places automatically if you are using controls in the Content. We can’t fix this behavior. I recommend you place your controls inside the Inspector.”
