Not getting Emails

    Hi, from 2nd Dec 2022 i am nkt getting emails from Sucuri about events like login, theme change, post updated or anything.

    Can you check why? i have enabled options but still…

    is it due to Ezoic? Because i have whitelisted some Ezoic IPS on server. And on my Hosting server there are two websites.

    But why i am not getting alert emails from Sucuri?

    when you go to settings / alerts and hit test alert do you get that email?

    Hi,

    When i goto alerts and hit test alert i do not get any email.

    This issue is with my two sites:

    1. opportunitiescorners.com
    2. scholarshipscanada.info

    Sorry for the delay in response

    it could be any number of reasons.
    it is designed to send emails to whatever email was used at signup of the plugin but additional emails can be added (I would try adding your current email)
    Has any of the alert options changed?
    has any post types been disabled ?
    is it being marked spam in your email client?
