Plugin not working, support not responding

  • Hello guys, few days ago I bought the plugin, installed properly according to instructions, but the plugin is not appearing within Contact Form 7. Since I can not reach anyone from your support since we placed the ticket (your website is not working properly), please let me know what is the procedure for initiating a full refund.
