Only 1 product detected

    Hi,

    Only 1 product out of my 7 is detected when making rules (they are all similar products tho). “No results found” when I enter letters / names of these products.

    Can you please make sure that you are searching the simples products only and not the variable type products?

    Also please verify that searching products are not virtual or draft.

    Hi, thank you for your answer.

    I am using a subscription plugin, so the other products are “Simple Subscriptions” is there a way to make it work?
