nav wrapper instead

    Hi, I see that this plugin generates TOC but not inside nav tag but only under ul tag.

    All TOC plugins render table of contents inside nav tag, even the new Gutenberg TOC block.

    Is it possible to add a nav wrapper with role="navigation" attribute somehow?

    You can provide a pull request on github. I understand that this might be useful as an optional feature. But still, I would like to keep it simple as a default.
