Add new page doesn’t work in Sydney Theme

  • After clicking add new page and then edit with elementor, nothing is clickable in the editor. Can not add new section, can not do anything. I have contacted Tier 2 support at Elementor and they said it’s a problem with the theme.

    I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing.

    To verify whether Sydney theme causes you this issue or not, try testing with one of default WordPress themes while running troubleshooting mode with the help of Health Check plugin.

    I changed the theme and found that everything worked fine with elementor.
    Conclusion: the Sydney theme is not “fully compatible” with elementor as advertised.
