This might be related to caching, if the issue persists, try to clear the cache or exclude that page from being cached.
If it still persists, please provide some more detail on how you are using the plugin, e.g. let us know the URL of the page and how you are rendering the comments with the plugin’s widget or shortcode.
@evolute2 I’m not familiar with the plugin you mention, but from your last comment I think what you did is set the Post Type for the widget to ufaq which is the post type used by that plugin. So that would then limit the comments to those made on the post type and thus provide the solution that seems to be working for you. Great! ??
