There is a meta key in the usermeta table for wp_capabilities

This value is prone to corruption during restore of a backup using a product like all-in-one migration because the wp_ gets picked up as table profix and is converted to the table prefix for the new environment.

It would be safer if meta key names did not start with wp_ to avoid this issue.

wp_capabilities in the usermeta table are defined to the format and managed by WordPress core and not by UM.

If you have an issue with the “All-in-One WP Migration” plugin usage of wp_capabilities you should contact their developers.
