Ticket not sending to hotmail / outlook

Hello, I detected an error, I hope you can help me. In hotmail / outlook emails, the tickets that are purchased do not arrive. It is the only email service that has happened to me. Of the two emails that arrive, the invoice and the ticket, only the ticket does not arrive, the invoice does. I have done the test in several hotmail/outlook email addresses (after several clients communicating that they have not received the tickets) and none arrives. It’s not in spam, junk, not in other mail, not in inbox, not anywhere. Only the invoice mail arrives, not the mail with the ticket.
I’m using the latest version pro an free of Eventin, and Hostgator.
