Automate linking by Title

Hi,
I have over 4k products. including simple as variations.
The issue is that i Depend for my stock on a distributor. Through plugin they add and remove products.
My issue is that Their variations are only in sizing. but if a shirt has different colors. each color is a different variation with its own sizes.
They all have the same titel.

Is there a way to automatically link these variations with the same title together. Because now i have to manually add them 1 by 1.
