multisite problem relogin

  • Hi! I hope you can please help me. I have run a wp install on my win server for a month or two. using mysql and php5. Tried to activate multisite and followd the menu ?? my site is https://kongenidalen.com
    when i am trying to log in again after final step to see my super admin i get 404. if i remove the first code in wp-config

    my site works as normal so i guess it is something with paths?
    i run iis 6.0 and redirect default website to virtual website wordpress on my server.
