[Plugin: WordPress MU Domain Mapping] theme editor on sub-domains has disappeared

    I am fairly new to using the multi-site functionality of WordPress (never worked with MU) and just started working with it in combination with the WordPress MU Domain Mapping plugin.
    With Otto’s tutorial I managed to get it all installed, but now I run into a problem:

    If I use the “normal” multi-site option in WP 3.0, I can add themes to the network and on the sub-domain I can edit these themes in the theme editor.

    However, if I have enabled the domain mapping plugin, I cannot edit the theme(s) anymore. The entire theme editor option is gone from the dashboard…

    what have I done wrong?
