When Kadence Recaptcha plugin is enabled on login and registration forms, a user with active 2FA cannot login and receives an incorrect password error. This still happens WITH Wordfence reCaptcha features disabled.

    Fix:
    Wordfence Settings

    • Enable Recaptcha for login and registration within Wordfence.

    Kadence Recaptcha Settings

    • Disable for Login
    • Disable for Registration

    Hi @kitgrow,

This is most likely because Wordfence’s 2FA and reCAPTCHA features are designed for the default WordPress/WooCommerce registration/login forms and are expecting different input parameters during the submission flow than Kadence.

Because the Login Security module is enabled for utilizing 2FA, another reCAPTCHA plugin may still conflict with its expected input even if Wordfence’s reCAPTCHA keys are not filled.

I appreciate your troubleshooting and submission of a solution to others who may be seeing this and I’ll forward the case to our development team, just in case there’s anything we can do in future development to allow for another reCAPTCHA solution if we’re only looking for 2FA input.

    Many thanks,

    Peter.
