DO NOT DOWNLOAD

  • This plugin was live on our site for less than 24 hours and it caused the whole website to crash when doing a simple task like editing orders. We are a very busy e-commerce site that cannot afford crashing and delays. Our customers were very frustrated and this was a huge headache for us as a business. Do not recommend at all!

    This was confusing as all reviews seemed to be great except for one negative review that implied the same exact thing happening. We should have listened to that review!

    Hi @dolphinflamingo,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. This was related to a feature that we released just recently. We resolved the issue right away this morning and released an update.

    Going forward our team will implement automated tests for all parts to catch issues like these early.

    We also met as a team to discuss strategies for mitigating problems like this in the future and have already started implementing them.
