  • Hi @turtleclub,

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    Could you please provide more information? If you could describe what steps you have done so far with a screenshot or quick screen recording, that would really help better understand moving forward.

    Also please provide the version of the following:

      PHP
      WordPress
      The Events Calendar
      Theme

    Best regards,
    Cheska

    If I switch themes it appears to show the area selected in red, but the design looks nothing like how the plugin should look.

    Hi @turtleclub,

    Thanks for your response and for providing additional details.

    Could you provide a screenshot for the “design looks nothing like how the plugin should look“?

    In addition, please try re-installing The Events Calendar again or you could also manually update it and check if that makes a difference.

    If that doesn’t help, please try to reach out to the theme developer and ask for assistance regarding this conflict.

    Let me know how it goes.

    The screenshot I previously posted has the design not looking how it should.

    I have narrowed it down to WP Bakery. When I disable it, the full calendar displays on /events/, when it’s enabled it only shows the events in list form with no styling.

    I figured the issue had to be with the FSE detection since the template selection was disabled. I went to:
    src/Tribe/Views/V2/Template_Bootstrap.php:355

    I removed

    if ( !tec_is_full_site_editor() ) {
         return $template;
    }

    The calendar now displays correctly.

    Hi @turtleclub, thanks for sharing the workaround here. I am not entirely sure about this, and I’d like to confirm it with our devs. But it seems like it is working on your end, which is a good sign.

    Also, note that we only partially support FSEs → https://theeventscalendar.com/known-issues/#fse-support.

    Hang in there,
