New users no access

Hello,
unfortunately, the new users can not log in.
I have created a user as a test. But unfortunately I can not log in. Already started countless attempts.
It always comes the message: “Password wrong”, although I reinkopiere the password.
The test user is also unlocked by me (admin). What could be the reason for this?

This is my test site, if it works, I would like to install your plug-in at my customer.
