    Hi there,

    My client is using Woocomercce smart coupons extension and one product is to buy store deposit as a coupon. The setting for the coupon is when the product has Processing or Completed status the coupon to be generated, BUT when someone pay with invoice then the order status is on Hold (which is fine) but when they manually change the order status to complete or processing (after the invoice is paid) the coupon is not generated. Is there a solution for this?

    By any chance, are you referring to the premium plugin, Smart Coupons here?

    If so and you have a valid subscription with us, can you please open a support request for us to investigate further about your issue.

    If you’re unsure, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
