Extraneous “Got any book recommendations?” text and button

After switching to the Twenty Twenty Three theme, extraneous text (“Got any book recommendations?”) and a button (“Get in touch”) appeared at the bottom of our News page (which is a Posts page, based on Home template). See https://baltimoreflutechoir.com/news/

This text and button are nowhere in my content. I found them in Theme Files>Patterns>call-to-action.php.

The Home page template has a Pattern block following the Query Loop section. Is that inserting the “call-to-action.php” section?

How best to remove this extraneous junk?
