Language Switcher not working in Chrome

Language switcher is not working in chrome or edge.
I have disabled caching on the pages it is on, as well as added no cache headers on the pages. However no matter what, chrome/edge only loads the English version.
I develop using a browser called Ghost Browser, based on chrome and it works fine, also it seems when logged in, it works.
