picu shows no pictures at the customer-site

    Unfortunately, the plugin does not display any images. Only the project name is there.
    Could this be because the website doesn’t have a default theme – it was built with the Oxygen Builder.

    Hi @eikev,

    in your WordPress Admin, please go to “picu > Settings > Debug Info” and send the contents of this page to [email protected].

    If you have access to the PHP error log, please send a copy of all errors logged when accessing the collection. That would be most helpful.

    Hi @eikev,

    Thanks for getting back to us via email.

    I am closing this thread, as we found out that another plugin was causing an error, which led to picu not being able to load the images into the collection.
