Spam users are not blocked from placing orders

    Hi,

    I have been receiving hundreds of spam orders – and one even slipped through and payment was approved. It’s obviously a spam bot because it’s the same offender over and over again.

    I’ve tried updating your plugin and synchronising with the Cloud but it’s not helping at all.

    Could you please help?
