Outstanding support; high quality products

These guys are the real deal. I’ve been particularly impressed with the tech support. I’ve sent several numerous questions, and every time got a reply that enabled me to solve the problem (with my site, not with the plugin – it works fine!) quickly and easily.

I’ll say one other thing: It’s not just the quality of the products they offer, or the speed and robustness of the support; it’s the kind of support they offer. I suspect (though I don’t know for sure) that a lot of WordPress users are like me – pretty computer savvy, some tech experience, but not specialists by any means. Some plugin designers wouldn’t be able to speak the language of non-specialists; these guys can. I really appreciate that. The input they provide gives people like me outstanding solutions to problems that take our projects from the basic muddling-through level to the kind of level that we could only get if we were real specialists.
