    My question is around the level of customisation…

    1. Can you change terms such as “ticket” “attendee names”
    2. Can you remove $0 for free events
    3. How does someone cancel their attendance?

    I am looking to upgrade if the plugin has this functionality.

    Hello,

    1. Yes, it is possible to change the terms. In the Global Settings -> Button Labels section, there’s an option to do exactly this. If you feel we have missed anything, feel free to let us know and we will add it in the subsequent releases.

    2. Yes, In the Global Settings -> Regular Settings, there is an option to hide the price for free events.

    3. To cancel the booking, you need to turn on the cancellation option for that particular event from the event settings.

    On the front end, attendees need to log in and open their user profile area to track their bookings. On the bottom of each booking’s detail page, they will find a “Cancellation” button. Clicking it will initiate cancellation.
