I don’t recommend dealing with the author at all
1) he does not understand English
2) Never reply with a complete answer
3) All answers ” this option needs a developer” and he is trying to make more money with the support he provides.if I want to hire a developer why I am paying for a plugin, I could have hired a coder to build the plugin from scratch then upload it and resell it
I never met a support system dealing that way with his customers
There are a lot of other Helpdesk plugins with better features, my advice is to stay away from this plugin and author you need to pay 4 times the price to use the plugin
I really regret paying the money and unfortunately, I already published my website
